A Note from Mancuso's Florist
To our valued clients and friends,
Given the recent developments surrounding the spread of COVID-19, the Mancuso's Florist family wants to assure you that we are taking every step possible to ensure the health and safety of our clients, employees, and partners.
We are closely monitoring the situation and are adhering to all CDC protocols and guidelines. We are regularly sanitizing all work stations, shared spaces, and products. Additionally, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have no reports of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by packaging, food, or fresh products like flowers, but we remain vigilant in working to ensure safety remains the top priority.
As an additional precaution, we’ve transitioned to no-contact delivery. Our delivery drivers will contact recipients in advance to arrange delivery, leaving the delivery at the door, and then returning to their vehicle to wait and ensure recipients have received it.
Our top priority is to keep the entire Mancuso's Florist community safe, and we will continue to assess and address the situation as it evolves. We thank you for your business and look forward to continuing to serve our community.
The Mancuso's Florist Team
Have your delivery procedures changed due to the COVID-19?
At this time, we are still offering our standard delivery runs. Our delivery staff is taking additional precautionary measures and sanitizing their hands and tools between each stop.
We have suspended our signature policy during delivery in effort to respect social distancing practices.
As an additional precaution, we have transitioned to no-contact delivery. Our delivery drivers will contact recipients in advance to arrange protected locations for arrangements to be left.
Some substitutions on flowers and containers may be made for equal or greater value due to limited availability during COVID-19. Mancuso’s Florist reserves the right to make such substitutions.
Can I have flowers delivered to hospitals and rehabilitation centers?
Yes. At this time, we continue to deliver flowers daily to hospitals, rehab facilities, and assisted living communities unless individual facility protocol prohibits it. We are abiding by the policies and procedures established by each facility.
Hospitals may begin limiting visitors, and by extension, deliveries. For facilities still accepting deliveries, we are limited to delivering to volunteer and reception desks. We are not allowed to deliver to your loved one's room directly.
Can I still have flowers delivered to a funeral visitation and service?
Yes. Until we hear differently from local funeral homes and churches, we will continue to make these deliveries.
With the day to day changes and updates, we have been made aware that some visitations have been canceled or have restrictions. Please provide as much information as available in the special instructions field when you place your order online.
If you find that the details of an order already placed have changed, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make the changes on our end and get your flowers delivered.
